BingoPlus kicked off the Sinulog 2026 celebrations in vibrant fashion, as regional artists Kurt Fick and Oh Caraga delivered electrifying performances before thousands of festivalgoers during the opening of “Musikalingawan sa Sinulog 2026” at Plaza Independencia in Cebu City.
Now in its third year supporting one of the Philippines’ biggest cultural events, BingoPlus served as a co-presenter of the Sinulog Festival, bringing together music, interactive experiences, and community-driven activities as part of the festivities.
The highlight of Day 1 was a strong showcase of Visayan talent. Kurt Fick, a key figure in the Vispop movement, captivated the crowd with his emotionally driven performance, including his widely recognized hit “Hahahahasula.” His set drew enthusiastic reactions from fans, many of whom connected deeply with the song’s themes.
Meanwhile, Oh Caraga brought a distinct sound shaped by influences from folk, country, and Bisrock. Known for storytelling rooted in their Mindanao origins, the band’s performance resonated with audiences and underscored the richness of regional Filipino music.
The two-day event, held on January 17 and 18, featured a broader lineup that included Justin Vasquez and indie band Hey June, blending different musical styles into a cohesive festival experience. Beyond the stage, BingoPlus added to the celebration with interactive booths, live-streaming activities, and crowd engagement zones across key locations in the city.
Ahead of the concerts, the brand also joined the Sinulog Grand Parade with a visually striking float, energizing the streets and engaging directly with festivalgoers. Additional highlights included a special appearance by Sanya Lopez during the Grand Finale at the Cebu City Sports Complex.
Festival attendees were treated to a range of activities and prizes, from games like Tropical Rush and Spin the Wheel to giveaways including gadgets and merchandise, creating a lively and immersive environment throughout the celebration.
BingoPlus’ continued presence at Sinulog reflects its broader push to deliver entertainment that goes beyond gaming—focusing on community, culture, and shared experiences. Anchored on its 2026 theme “Sidlak,” which means “light” in Cebuano, the initiative highlights resilience and unity, celebrating the spirit of Cebuano communities through music and festivity.
