DigiPlus Interactive Corp. is reinforcing its commitment to Philippine sports development through golf, supporting local athletes and creating new opportunities for Filipino players to compete on the international stage through the inaugural 2026 BingoPlus Philippine ADT Open.
Scheduled from June 17 to 20 at Luisita Golf and Country Club in Tarlac, the tournament represents another milestone in DigiPlus’ growing efforts to help elevate Filipino sports and provide athletes with pathways to global competition.
As the title partner of the event, DigiPlus, the company behind BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone, aims to contribute to the continued growth of golf in the country while helping showcase Filipino talent to a wider regional audience.
Creating Opportunities for Filipino Golfers
The tournament serves as an important platform for emerging Filipino golfers, complementing grassroots initiatives such as the Philippine Sports Commission’s Fairway to the Future program, which is supported by BingoPlus.
By competing alongside some of the region’s top professional golfers, local players will gain valuable exposure and experience that can help accelerate their development.
“Our commitment as a digital entertainment leader goes hand in hand with supporting Filipino sports and culture,” said DigiPlus Chairman Eusebio H. Tanco.
“We continue to invest in programs and tournaments that provide athletes with world-class opportunities to develop their skills and reach their full potential. Beyond expanding the reach of golf in the Philippines, this tournament creates meaningful opportunities for Filipino golfers to compete on a larger stage.”
A Major Stop on the Asian Development Tour
The Philippine leg is the sixth stop of the Asian Development Tour (ADT)’s 13-event calendar for the season, placing the country alongside established golf destinations such as Thailand, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia.
The four-day competition will feature a field of 132 players, including 82 ADT professionals, 30 players from the National Golf Association of the Philippines (NGAP), six members of the Philippine National Team, and 14 invited participants.
Aside from competing for a prize pool of US$100,000, local golfers will have the opportunity to earn greater exposure and career advancement.
Notably, the top two Filipino finishers will secure automatic berths in the 2026 BingoPlus Philippine Open, part of The International Series, later this year.
Continuing Support for Philippine Golf
DigiPlus has steadily expanded its involvement in Philippine golf over the past several years. The company previously served as presenting partner of the 2025 International Series Philippines and continues to support the tournament’s return this year.
Its growing investment in the sport follows the success of Filipino golf star and ArenaPlus ambassador Miguel Tabuena, who captured a landmark victory in the tournament and further highlighted the potential of Filipino golfers on the international stage.
Open to the Public
To encourage greater fan engagement and support for the sport, DigiPlus has announced that admission to the tournament will be free throughout all four competition days.
By bringing world-class golf closer to local communities, the company hopes to inspire future generations of golfers while helping strengthen the sport’s presence in the Philippines.
